Ok, this is way better than passing a bar exam. Remember the Jeopardy audition I wrote about back in May? And how I passed the test, then never said another word about it? I got a call last week, confirmed this morning that I can resolve a scheduling conflict*, and now I'm gonna be on Jeopardy!!!
I will be at the December 14-15 taping, but I have no idea when it will air, which is really the only part most people seem to want to know (myself included). So sit tight and once I find out, I will let you know when you can see your favorite blogger on tv.
*The Jeopardy taping is Dec. 14-15, in Los Angeles. The MD bar admission ceremony is Dec. 15, in Annapolis. Or at least for most people it is: that's the big fancy uber-ceremonial one with the red robes and important speakers, but they swear people in the first Thursday of every month so I'm cool.

Wowie! Jeopardy is the only show my husband and I agree on and we watch it almost every night during dinner. Several people we know were contestants. It takes them about 3 months to air the shows after taping, so we'll look forward to seeing you on Jeopardy sometime in March (but I'm hoping you'll keep us posted). Good Luck, J Strizzy!!!

(a) congrats on passing the bar, and (b) congrats on getting on Jeopardy ... I was on that show way way back in the day (remember Art Fleming? you probably don't), was a 4-day winner - don't get too much in awe - the dollar amounts were about a 10th of what they are now - literally... so, thanks for bringing back those memories!
